Before the class
Basic information on the class.
Please arrive no more than 5 minutes beforehand, enter and leave quietly as a courtesy to the neighbours. Our teacher advises you, it is best not to eat or drink coffee at least 2 hours before the start of class.
Please confirm that you are physically fit for your yoga class and that you will let your yoga teacher know if your health changes. You will also allow your yoga teacher to know of any changes in your health that may impact your practice. For instance, if you are pregnant or have just given birth. Cancellation and deferral – General details.
We believe in having a clear and simple cancellation policy to avoid confusion and set clear boundaries. Please find below a list of our cancellation policies to book yoga classes, a private session, a workshop or a retreat.
If your cancellation occurs more than 24 hours before the course starts, the course fees will be reimbursed or transferred to another session.
If the cancellation is less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged for the class.
